This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza, Egypt, for a General Manager at SODIC Clubs. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive club culture, leading community engagement initiatives, and maintaining high standards across all services offered.

• Leadership and management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and staff development
• Strong knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management
• Customer service and client relationship management skills to deliver outstanding member experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or sports management industries is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
