General Marketing Director

IM Vastora is hiring a General Marketing Director to lead client strategy and own performance results across multiple accounts.

This is a strategic leadership role, not an execution position.

• Lead discovery & pitch meetings with potential clients
• Define high-level marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
• Set Macro KPIs (Revenue, ROAS, CPL, Growth Targets)
• Oversee department managers (Paid Media, SEO, Social, Creative)
• Ensure alignment, performance, and measurable growth
• Present strategic performance reviews to clients

You are accountable for results and direction, not campaign execution.

• 5+ years in digital marketing
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO, Funnels, and CRO
• Deep financial awareness (ROI, LTV, CAC)
• Confident presenter and strategic thinker

You think in terms of business growth, not just marketing tactics.

You can translate strategy into KPIs and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
