General Practitioner

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations for physical and mental health concerns.
• Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment plans or medications.
• Request and interpret diagnostic tests including lab work and imaging.
• Provide vaccinations, wound care, and minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with legal standards.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Refer patients to specialists for further evaluation and treatment when required.
• Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing treatments and follow up on chronic conditions.
• Comply with all health regulations and ensure high standards of care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice.
• Minimum 35 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
• Valid license or eligibility for UAE practice.
• Broad medical knowledge across multiple specialties.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining quality care.
