Ali & Sons Holding is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to oversee all sales operations across Retail, Fleet, and Pre-Owned divisions. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven professional who excels in team management, market analysis, and revenue growth.
Purpose:
To achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives through effective leadership, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales forecasts and business plans.
- Monitor and review monthly sales performance, productivity, and profitability across all divisions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and their teams to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely acquisition and distribution of products.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments on campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and product quality.
- Audit processes and implement improvements to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certifications: Sales, Leadership, or Business Management certifications
- Experience: Minimum 57 years in a managerial sales position
- Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic preferred
- Software: MS Office proficiency
