Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative services including cleaning, hospitality, catering, reception, mail, and attendance systems.
  • Manage facilities operations such as access control, parking, security coordination, and workspace readiness.
  • Supervise service providers (cleaning, hospitality, security) and ensure contract compliance and performance.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, archiving, and visitor/call management.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of supplies, ensuring proper storage and stock control.
  • Oversee transportation, fleet services, and employee IDs, permits, and access cards.
  • Support employee services including visas, travel arrangements, and accommodation logistics.
