Assist the Lead Geotechnical Design Engineer in the design and evaluation of tender proposals and/or project designs.
Analyze geotechnical data and prepare Geotechnical Interpretative Reports (GIR).
Review geotechnical findings, perform necessary calculations, and prepare technical reports for the Manager.
Plan and conduct geotechnical investigations effectively.
Review construction design proposals and verify geotechnical aspects.
Review geotechnical designs developed by third-party consultants.
Assist in structural design using specialized software and engineering calculations.
Analyze soil parameters and assess structural stability under both normal and seismic conditions.
Assist line superiors in supervising site activities and ground investigations.
Develop design drawings and technical specifications for construction projects.
Coordinate with clients and internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Ensure designs comply with QA/QC procedures and applicable standards.
Promote and ensure compliance with the organization's Health and Safety policies.
Actively participate in safety programs, recognizing that adherence to safety policies is a condition of employment to maintain a safe working environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent
Minimum 05 years experience of Engineering & Design in related industries
Preferably with experience in civil marine / dredging and reclamation industry
