Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria for a German Agent. The German Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include handling calls, emails, and support tickets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, and collaborating with teams to enhance communication and service processes.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) with strong language proficiency and communication skills
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries and issues
  • Adaptability and teamwork, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
  • Professional attitude and dedication to providing client-focused solutions
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team environment
