FlairsTech is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international accounts team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with orders, refunds, deliveries, or account updates depending on the account type.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- German Level: C1 (Fluent)
- English Level: B1–B2
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset
