Job Description

FlairsTech is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international accounts team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, deliveries, or account updates depending on the account type.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • German Level: C1 (Fluent)
  • English Level: B1–B2
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset
