Job Description

Overview:

The German Culture & Language Coach is responsible for enhancing agents language proficiency, communication quality, and cultural alignment when handling German-speaking customers. The role focuses on structured coaching, call monitoring, root cause analysis of language-related gaps, validation of customer verbatims, and supporting hiring processes to ensure consistent language excellence across the account.

Key Responsibilities: · Deliver structured individual and group coaching sessions focused on:

  1. Fluency & pronunciation
  2. Grammar & sentence structure
  3. Professional tone & etiquette
  4. Cultural alignment with German customers

· Conduct regular call monitoring and evaluate language quality standards.

· Identify language gaps and communication barriers impacting CSAT & Quality scores.

· Analyze customer verbatims and validate language-related complaints.

· Conduct root cause analysis for recurring communication issues.

· Develop action plans for agents with language performance gaps.

· Provide continuous feedback reports to Operations & QA.

· Support calibration sessions related to language quality standards.

· Conduct language interviews and assessments for new joiners before onboarding.

· Validate German language proficiency (spoken & written).

· Recommend hiring decisions based on language readiness.

· Support onboarding process by identifying early language risk cases

· Monitor language KPIs and suggest corrective improvement plans.

· Collaborate with Training, QA, and Operations to align language standards.

· Design mini-workshops for terminology, culture awareness, and business language.

· Track improvement progress and measure coaching impact on KPIs
