Job Description

This is a non-voice, back-office position for a newly launched travel account.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through email and chat
  • Provide accurate, helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications

  • German B2+ and English B1+ proficiency
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Experience with GDS systems is a plus
  • Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload
