This is a non-voice, back-office position for a newly launched travel account.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through email and chat
- Provide accurate, helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications
- German B2+ and English B1+ proficiency
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Experience with GDS systems is a plus
- Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload
