Customer Support Opportunity for German & Dutch Speakers

A multinational organization is looking for talented bilingual professionals to join its customer experience team

Location:- Maadi Technology Park.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree (graduates)
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1) or Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B1)
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Work Conditions & Benefits:

• 9-hour rotational shifts
• 2 days off per week
• Total gross package up to EGP 48,500 for German account
• Total gross package up to EGP 63,394 for Dutch account
• Transportation allowance included
