This is a full-time, on-site role for a German Instructor based in Alexandria. The German Instructor will be responsible for teaching German language courses to middle school students, developing engaging curricula, preparing teaching materials, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Additionally, the instructor will assess students progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement in language proficiency and comprehension.

• Experience teaching German to middle school students, with strong skills in Language Arts and effective classroom management.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to various learning needs.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues, and to foster a positive learning experience.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, with a deep understanding of German culture to enhance student comprehension and immersion.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, German Studies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience or certification in language instruction is an advantage.
