Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a German Recruiter, based at LEO Trading Agency in Heliopolis, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The German Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting German-speaking candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent. The recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and support onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in Swiss, German, or Austrian University-focused recruitment is a strong advantage
