Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a German Team Leader & Quality Assurance Specialist based in Maadi, Egypt. The professional will lead and support the team to meet performance goals and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include managing quality standards, implementing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards. The role also involves providing guidance, managing workflow, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance/Team management
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in the BPO or customer service industry preferred
