About the Role:
Fuze is seeking a Global Bank Partnerships Manager to lead our international banking expansion. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role responsible for securing new corporate bank accounts, IBAN partners, payment processors, and other financial institutions around the world.
This role is designed for a hunter someone who thrives on building new relationships, opening new markets, and closing deals with banks and payments providers. The ideal candidate understands global banking operations, the digital assets ecosystem, and will travel extensively to open new rails for Fuze globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, target, and establish banking partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.
- Open new corporate bank accounts and build strong, trust-based relationships with traditional banks, EMIs, IBAN providers, and regulated payment institutions.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process with banking partners, from outreach to compliance to account activation.
Payment System Integration
- Secure partnerships with banks, EMIs, card issuers, and payment providers to power Fuze's fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat flows.
- Work closely with product, compliance, and operations teams to integrate new payment rails into the Fuze platform.
Global Travel & Relationship Management
- Travel internationally (up to 75%) to meet with decision-makers at banks and payment institutions.
- Attend industry conferences, regulatory forums, and partner meetings across Europe, MENA, Asia, CIS, and Africa.
Product & Compliance Knowledge
- Deeply understand Fuze's platform including wallet infrastructure, fiat on/off-ramps, trading products, settlement flows, and compliance requirements.
- Articulate Fuze's value-proposition to banking partners and position the firm as a trusted, regulated digital-assets infrastructure provider.
Negotiation
- Lead commercial negotiations with banks and payment providers.
- Secure favorable pricing, account structures, service levels, and product access that align with Fuze's strategic objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Banking Operations
- Strong understanding of how traditional banks operate, including corporate account opening, settlement processes, transaction monitoring, capital controls, and cross-border flows.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, CFT, correspondent banking).
Negotiation & Deal Execution
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements with banks, EMIs, PSPs, or financial institutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive deals to closure independently.
International Business Acumen
- Experience navigating international business environments.
- High level of cultural intelligence and comfort working across different regulatory frameworks and jurisdictions.
Crypto & Digital Assets Knowledge
- Understanding of the crypto and digital assets ecosystem (wallets, stablecoins, trading, custody, risk, settlement).
- Experience working in or with crypto/fintech companies is a major advantage.
Fuze Product Understanding
- Familiarity with Fuze's services (wallets, fiat on/off ramps, settlement, trading infrastructure) or the ability to learn quickly.
