Realview Studio is a Melbourne based 3D architectural visualization studio expanding into the international hospitality, commercial, and hotel design sector. We create high end, photorealistic visuals for designers, architects, hotel groups, and developers worldwide.

We're seeking an experienced Global Client Relations & Business Development Manager with existing contacts in hospitality design, commercial interiors, or hotel development. This is a senior partnership style role focused on bringing in international leads and relationships.

• Introduce Realview Studio to your network of hospitality and commercial design clients
• Identify and develop new project opportunities worldwide
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and hotel operators
• Represent Realview Studio within global design and hospitality circles
• Manage client relationships to encourage repeat work
• Collaborate closely with our team while we handle proposals and production

Dubai Singapore Hong Kong London Europe USA Asia Pacific

What you bring

• Existing connections in hospitality or commercial design
• Experience working with design studios, architecture firms, or hotel developers
• Strong understanding of the architecture/design world
• Ability to open doors at a high level and build trust quickly
• Relationship driven mindset
• Independent, self motivated, and comfortable in a commission based structure

Ideal backgrounds include:

Hospitality design BD, interior designers, architects, Estate developments, creative agency BD, visualization sales.

Commission Structure

• 20 percent commission on all first projects from new clients you bring
• 10 percent commission on repeat work for 12 months
• Bonus incentives for major hotel group or design studio accounts
• No cap on earnings
