Job Summary:

JD property is seeking a highly skilled and experienced capital raising specialist to be responsible for executing JD Property's fundraising strategies in Europe,United Sates and Middle East area. This position will report to the head of overseas capital raising, and will offer an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal partner in shaping our international fund and capital markets strategy.

You will play a crucial role in securing capital for our projects, maintaining relationships with investors, and overseeing the capitalization strategy in globle market. This is a position that requires a deep understanding of the financial markets, exceptional networking skills, and a strong background in real estate development and investment.

What to expect

•Develop and implement comprehensive capital raising strategies aligned with JD Property long-term financial goals and business expansion plans.

•Identify and build relationships with investors: proactively source and cultivate relationships with potential equity partners to expand the JDP overseas development's investor network and secure capital commitments.

•Represent JD Property in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, effectively articulating the company's value proposition, growth potential, and financial performance.

•Negotiate terms and conditions of fundraising, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.

•Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, corporate development, and business units, to ensure alignment on fundraising objectives and provide necessary information.

•Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive landscape to inform capital raising strategies and identify new opportunities.

•Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate governance standards pertaining to capital raising activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in fundraising within the real estate sector,by region,fundraising exp. in Middle East,Europe or the Americas would be a great plus.
• Strong network of relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals in Europe,US,middle east region.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of equity financing, capital markets, and investment structures within the real estate industry.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively to drive our capital raising strategy.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in equity capital markets.
