Global Market Head of Luxury Supply

Mission

Build the most reliable luxury supply so advisors can sell extraordinary tripsfast, with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall destination-level GTV, revenue, and contribution margins across all launched destinations.
  • Define destination strategy, launch sequencing, and expansion roadmap in line with source-market priorities.
  • Lead and manage Market Leaders Destination, ensuring clear ownership of conversion, supply quality, and fulfilment reliability at the destination level.
  • Provide governance, direction, and performance oversight to Market Experience / Operations Managers to ensure consistent pre-travel closure, in-travel monitoring, and post-trip improvement.
  • Set destination-wide standards for supply onboarding, supplier accountability, SLA enforcement, and escalation handling.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, substitution rights, hold/option rules, cancellation ladders, and service standards
  • Ensure only high-performing supply remains active by continuously reviewing conversion performance, fulfilment quality, and customer feedback across destinations.
  • Drive cross-destination learning by institutionalizing best practices, playbooks, and operational standards.
  • Partner closely with source-market leadership, marketing, and product teams to align destination offerings with demand signals and revenue opportunities.
  • Act as the final escalation authority for systemic destination issues that impact multiple markets or high-value customers.
  • Build a scalable destination operating model that supports growth without compromising luxury standards or customer experience.
  • Supply strategy & portfolio design by defining hub-by-hub depth targets across villas/residences, top suites, yachts/small-ships, premium rail etc

Candidate profile

Must-have

  • 18+ yrs in luxury supply leadership at a top DMC/tour operator or curated OTA (e.g., A&K, Luxury Escapes, Virtuoso-aligned operator, black tomato, Original Travel, Audley Travel or equivalent ).
  • Deep contracting across villas/residences, yachts/small-ships, and high-touch experiences.
  • Proven record negotiating complex terms and building option/hold mechanics with scarce inventory.
  • Operator's mindset: can turn SLAs into daily behaviours and fix last-mile reliability.
  • Strong network across Japan, Greece, France, Italy, Spain, Africa, Nordics etc

  • Commercial athlete: margin structure, incentives, and yield thinking.
  • Curation taste + due diligence: balances wow-factor with safety, accessibility, and staffing standards.
  • Speed & clarity: writes clean terms, publishes standards, and moves fast on removals.
  • Partner empathy: elevates good suppliers into Icons with predictable demand and fair terms.

KPIs (reported monthly)

  • Total destination-level Gross Transaction Value (GTV).
  • Destination revenue contribution across all active markets.

Location & travel

  • Base: Dubai. Travel 2030% to priority hubs and trade events.
