Are you ready to shape inspiring retail experiences at the iconic House of AMOUAGE We are seeking a visionary Global Retail Architect to lead design-driven, data-informed retail concepts, translate brand strategy into distinctive physical environments, identify global trends, and deliver innovative, scalable store designs that elevate the customer experience and support sustainable business growth worldwide.
Your Mission
The Retail Architect/Project Manager leads global retail projects across permanent and temporary formats, overseeing concept development through execution. The role ensures timely, on-budget delivery while supporting retail optimization, local adaptation, business expansion, and new retail formats in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, in alignment with Amouage's values and brand ambitions.
Your Impact
DESIGN Develop/improve design retail projects and fit for use local solutions mixing permanent and temporary installations (pop-up store, podium, window) (40%)
EXECUTION Supervise and coordinate project execution and installation along with the instore team, all retail formats excluding the retail stores (55%)
CORPORATE Contribute to retail organization, development, systems and processes, attend training sessions, company events and corporate meetings (5%)
Geography footprint: Global
Travel occasional: as required ( 30%)

Your Expertise
RETAIL DESIGN: Experienced in brand retail disciplines, strategy, business landscape, merchandising, technical design, and end-to-end design process mastery, combining creativity with pragmatism. Ability to translate stated design principles and objectives into unique and varied store locations and formats.
TECHNICAL MASTERY: Ability to assess and master architectural and design content (plans, drawings, materials, store regulations). Proficiency in graphic and design software is a plus (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.). Able to sketch when necessary, with strong attention to detail.
SOFT SKILLS: Strong people and project management skills; ability to coach and train; collaborative and influential mindset; sound decision-making and adaptability.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and budgets. Experience managing contractors and agencies.
