Job Description

Mode Executive is supporting a luxury home dcor brand in the appointment of a Global Sales Director. The brand operates at the high end of the interiors and lifestyle market, with a strong design-led identity and an established international presence across residential, hospitality, and high-end retail projects. This appointment is key to driving the next phase of global growth while preserving exclusivity and brand integrity.

The role is based in Dubai and reports directly to the executive leadership team. The Global Sales Director will oversee worldwide commercial performance across all regions and channels with focus on EMEA and APAC, working closely with internal teams and external partners to scale the business internationally.

The Role

  • Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with the brand's positioning and long-term growth objectives
  • Own global revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance across international markets
  • Lead sales across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, managing distributors, agents, and key strategic accounts
  • Develop and expand presence within luxury residential, hospitality, and contract project channels
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies while maintaining selective distribution and brand control
  • Negotiate high-value commercial agreements with distributors, retailers, and project partners
  • Oversee multi-channel distribution including retail partners, trade partners, and bespoke project sales
  • Build, lead, and mentor an international sales team, setting KPIs and driving performance
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to support launches, collections, and global initiatives
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Senior international sales leadership experience within luxury home dcor, interiors, or furniture.
  • Proven experience managing global partners, and project-based sales
  • Strong understanding of luxury positioning, selective distribution, and brand-led growth
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, commercially driven approach
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial, founder-led, or high-growth environments
  • Currently based in Dubai with flexibility for frequent international travel
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
