We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Operations to lead and oversee the operational performance of a leading supermarket chain in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for driving store productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supermarket operations across multiple stores to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory management, shrinkage control, and store profitability.
- Lead and manage store managers, department heads, and operations teams.
- Ensure optimal product availability, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
- Implement best practices in supply chain coordination, replenishment, and stock management.
- Analyze KPIs, sales reports, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive cost control initiatives and operational excellence across the network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to support business growth.
- Lead new store openings, operational setup, and expansion strategies.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in supermarkets or hypermarkets.
- Proven experience managing multi-store operations.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG retail, inventory management, and store operations.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the KSA retail market is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
