Job Title: Golf Consultant
Position Overview
The Golf Consultant is responsible for delivering expert golf coaching, technical advisory services, and structured program development to enhance player performance and overall golfing experience. The role focuses on professional instruction, client engagement, and continuous improvement of golf programs in line with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional golf coaching and instruction to individuals and groups of varying skill levels
- Develop, implement, and refine structured golf training and development programs
- Provide expert guidance on swing techniques, game strategy, rules, and equipment selection
- Support the planning and execution of golf clinics, training sessions, and events
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, facility policies, and professional golf practices
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement
- Prepare basic performance assessments and progress reports when required
Qualifications & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related discipline
- Recognized golf coaching or professional certification is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- First Aid / CPR certification is an advantage
Professional Experience
- Minimum 58 years of experience in golf coaching, consultancy, or golf-related operations
- Experience in golf clubs, academies, resorts, or sports facilities is preferred
