Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai's DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.
Trump International Golf Club is looking for Golf Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Golf Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational staff within the Golf Department to ensure an exceptional golfing experience at Trump International Golf Club, Dubai. The role is accountable for delivering a seamless member and guest journey while upholding the highest service standards across all touchpoints, including bag drop, staging, starter operations, course marshals, and the driving range.
Job Purpose:
- Ensuring Trump brand standards are being up kept at all times.
- Managing and producing customer feedback reports for review.
- Responsible for planning, assigning and directing work to associates.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems, in a timely and professional manner.
- Day to day management of golf operations - producing 75,000 rounds annually.
- Overseeing a team of 22 operations staff, including outside operations, locker room.
- Working closely with the Director of Instruction for academy presentation.
- Managing all stock and ordering in a timely manner.
- Working with 3rd party company for fleet management and part repairs.
- Working with PACE technology to ensuring we are using the latest technology.
- Managing all hire equipment and ordering replacements in a timely manner.
- Working closely with membership department for locker and bag storage availability.
Qualification & Experience
- 1-3 years golf club experience in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of the game of golf, member relations, tournament rules of golf and outside play requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve issues.
- Computer skills: word, excel, Golf Genius, Lightspeed Golf.
- Bachelor's degree (BA); and 1-3 years golf club experience in a similar role.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service.
