We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing for aesthetic or healthcare clinics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and generating quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Monitor daily performance, optimize bids, keywords, audiences, and ad copies.
- Track conversions and ensure proper setup using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per conversion.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop effective landing pages and ad
- creatives.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous campaign improvement.
- Support overall digital marketing efforts including SEO alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Prior experience working with aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, or healthcare industry is required.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads strategy, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword strategy.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
