Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and review compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct reviews of non-compliance cases and ensure the implementation of proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Issue Non-Compliance Tickets (NCF) when violations are identified or when corrective actions are not implemented within the defined timeframe.
- Establish, reform, and manage administrative committees, monitor their performance, and evaluate their effectiveness in line with approved governance requirements.
- Prepare compliance and governance reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and related committees.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with SAR's internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop and periodically update governance and compliance frameworks, including charters and Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, compliance frameworks, and regulatory practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in both Arabic and English.
