Project Governance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Support the PMO in financial planning, monitoring, and reporting across the project and
associated contracts.
Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and support corrective actions
where required.
Review and validate financial data, invoices, and cost-related submissions in coordination
with project and technical teams.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making related to project
performance, risks, and changes.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (monthly / quarterly) submitted to senior
management and stakeholders.
Support in the development of the current operations and methodologies (e.g. processes,
procedures, and templates)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and
timely financial reporting and information.
Assist in assessing the financial impact of risks, delays, and variations across the projects.
Ensure alignment of financial activities with the overall PMO structure and project
management processes.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within program
management, PMO, or multi-contract environments.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Proven experience within consultancy firms (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent professional services
firms) or similar advisory environments.
Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, and governance within large-scale projects or
programs.
Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, or
similar tools.
Ability to prepare structured presentations and written reports suitable for senior
management and government entities.
Required: Experience in the real estate development sector.
Preferred: Experience with off-plan (Wafi) real estate projects.
Preferred: Experience working with government or semi-government entities.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, with a clear understanding of role
boundaries between finance, planning, and project control
