Job Purpose:

To support the design, implementation, and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies, and controls that ensure compliance, accountability, and effective decision-making across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain governance policies, frameworks, procedures, and charters in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Support the implementation of corporate governance, IT governance, or operational governance models across departments.
• Monitor compliance with approved policies, delegations of authority, and governance standards.
• Coordinate governance reviews, assessments, and internal control activities to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, audit, legal, and strategy teams to ensure integrated governance practices.
• Track regulatory updates and ensure governance frameworks are updated accordingly.
• Support awareness and training initiatives related to governance policies and controls.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Governance, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position.
