Government Relations Officer (GRO)

Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage our Public and Government Relations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our relationships with government authorities and private sector entities to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and private sector partners.
- Ensure all governmental and PR-related services are completed efficiently.
- Plan and prioritize team tasks on the Company Portal.
- Supervise daily operations and track team performance against deadlines.
- Ensure resources are available to support all GRO activities.
- Represent the company in legal matters with government agencies.
- Secure timely access for workers, vehicles, equipment, and materials to project sites.
- Provide 24/7 emergency support service (In Case of Emergency - ICE).
- Keep company and client portals updated with all necessary documentation.
- Handle any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 24 years of experience in a similar role
- Certification in Business Administration is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP software is preferred
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (proficient level)
- Arabic (mother tongue)
