We are now expanding our leadership team and seeking ahighly skilled and ambitious Aesthetic Doctorto join us as aDermatologist / GP (Aesthetics)alongside our current doctor.
This is an opportunity to not only practice but to lead, scale, and build your reputation in the heart of Dubai's most competitive aesthetic market.
This is a permanent part-time role, with the primary working day being Sunday, and additional days scheduled occasionally if required. Start date in the next 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve asDermatologist / GP (Aesthetics), working alongside the clinic's leadership team to set clinical standards and growth strategies.
- Provide and oversee a wide range ofnon-surgical aesthetic proceduresincluding injectables, skin boosters, laser treatments, regenerative therapies (PRP, polynucleotides, exosomes, stem cell-based treatments), and advanced skin rejuvenation.
- Build and maintain strongpatient relationships, leveraging your existing network and reputation in Dubai to grow the clinic's client base.
- Mentor and collaborate with the current medical team to ensure consistency, safety, and the highest quality of care.
- Contribute to the clinic'sbrand positioningby participating in PR, events, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
- Drive innovation by introducingcutting-edge treatmentsand staying ahead of aesthetic trends.
Requirements
- Licensed GP with DHA(Dubai Health Authority) active and in good standing.
- Minimum5 years experience practicing aesthetics in Dubai.
- Provenpatient base in Dubaiwith a strong reputation in the industry.
- Extensive experience in:
- Regenerative treatments(PRP, exosomes, polynucleotides, etc.)
- Non-surgical aesthetic procedures(injectables, fillers, breast enhancement, breast lift, skin tightening, advanced facials)
- Laser and energy-based devices(preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ambition toscale and grow a clinic.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Business acumen and willingness tocontribute to strategy and growthbeyond medical duties.
