We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Grade 4 Teacher to join our vibrant team at GEMS American Academy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for our Grade 4 students, contributing to their academic and personal growth.

Deliver high-quality and interactive lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and a love for learning.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, fostering both academic and social-emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
Establish strong communication channels with parents to provide regular updates on student progress and encourage parental involvement in the learning process.
Foster a supportive and respectful classroom culture that reflects the values of GEMS American Academy.
Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
A certified professional teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE or equivalent.
Proven experience working within Elementary.
Strong knowledge of core subjects, and of inclusive education practices and a commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
