The Role
As a Strategic Advisory Graduate, you will work alongside experienced consultants and industry leaders on high-impact projects that influence decision-making at the highest levels. You will support the development of strategies, business cases, operating models, and investment plans that shape the future of infrastructure and public services.
This is a client-facing, problem-solving role, ideal for graduates with an engineering foundation and a strong interest in business, strategy, economics, and systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities
You will
- Support the development of strategies, business cases, and policy recommendations for public and private sector clients
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Contribute to workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, and leadership briefings
- Work across multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with planners, economists, digital specialists, and engineers
- Develop a strong understanding of infrastructure systems, governance, and commercial frameworks

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related analytical discipline
- Strong academic performance from a top-tier or highly regarded university
- Demonstrated interest in consulting, strategy, business, or advisory work
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and think logically
Highly Desirable
- Exposure to consulting, strategy, investment, or commercial roles (internships, placements, case competitions, startups, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; interest in data-driven decision-making
