On Jacobs Graduate Program you will work on real projects, bids and tenders from the get-go. Gaining valuable experience to build on your theoretical knowledge, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of experts and industry leaders to help guide, mentor and shape your career.
As a Graduate at Jacobs, you'll be a valued member of our team from Day 1 and work on real projects from the get-go. Program Overview
- Two-year, self-directed program
- Learning and development of future skills
- Exposure to various business units and functions
- Assigned Mentor throughout the program
- Mid-year and year-end Evaluation
- Career pathing opportunities after graduation
- Exposure to high-level business leaders
- Networking with other graduates globally
- 70% of learning will be completed on the job
- 20% of learning will be completed through mentoring/coaching
- 10% of learning will be completed through formal learning courses

- You must be a UAE National holding family book
- Based in Dubai or willing to work / relocate to Dubai
- Recent Engineering bachelor's degree in the above engineering majors (graduated 2023 onwards)
