Job Description: Key Responsibilities

  • IT Service & User Support: Providing first and second-level technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Infrastructure Assistance: Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of core IT infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), servers, and security systems.
  • Application Management: Assisting with the deployment, configuration, and testing of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, internal tools) and ensuring system integrity.
  • IT Operations & Documentation: Contributing to IT projects, creating detailed technical documentation, and assisting in routine tasks related to data backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Helpdesk & Service desk.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Academic Status: Must be a 2025 Graduate.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in complex technical challenges.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication is essential). Arabic and French are a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an agile, high-performing team environment.
  • Technical Languages: CCNA , MCSA , Network+ , Linux , CompTIA A+ , Ticketing system , Jira , Helpdesk , Service desk
