Your impact

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Infrastructure Water Team in Dubai, UAE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative water infrastructure projects while developing your skills in a dynamic, global engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Participate in the development of pump stations, pipelines, and other water-related infrastructure
  • Conduct equipment selection and sizing for various water treatment processes
  • Perform hydraulic calculations and modeling for water distribution systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications
  • Support project managers in client communications and project documentation
  • Participate in site visits and field inspections as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution
  • Fresh graduates 2024 onwards are encouraged to apply
  • 0-2 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong academic background with a focus on fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP
  • Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
