WSP in the Middle East is seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati graduate to join our team as a Graduate Project Management in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about building a career in project management. The role provides hands-on experience in supporting project planning, execution, and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Support day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and support in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
Qualifications
- UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
- Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
