We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing renewable energy and sustainability sector.
This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career candidates looking to gain real workplace exposure while contributing to projects in solar energy, engineering, and energy efficiency solutions.
Working Hours & Location
- Part-time: 4 hours per day
- Working window: between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible within this range)
- Onsite role – Monday to Friday, office-based
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
- Support internal communication between sales, design, and operations teams
- Assist in tracking project updates and follow-ups
- Support basic coordination tasks across ongoing projects
- Gain exposure to finance and accounting support activities
Requirements
- Currently a student or recent graduate (preferred)
- Strong interest in project coordination and business operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (Sales, Design, Operations)
- Willingness to learn and gain exposure to accounting and finance functions
