Grid Properties is seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Intern to support the investment team in evaluating real estate opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in financial analysis. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in real estate investments, private equity, or asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets
- Conduct market research, including supply-demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing trends
- Support financial modeling, including cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders
- Assist in due diligence processes, including reviewing legal, financial, and technical documents
- Track portfolio performance and assist in periodic reporting
- Support the team in deal sourcing and pipeline management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Basic understanding of financial modeling and valuation concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong research, communication, and presentation skills
- Interest in real estate investments and capital markets
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior internship experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
- Familiarity with real estate financial models, DCF Model and other similar tools
- Knowledge of regional real estate markets (UAE/GCC is a plus)
