P-Vita is a biotechnology company building regenerative, industry-ready solutions for agriculture, food, and bio-based industries across hot, water-stressed regions. We develop and scale natural, soil-restorative fertilizers and bio-based raw materials derived from algae and agricultural waste, using proprietary biotechnology developed in our laboratories.

We are looking for a highly capable Grants & Partnerships Specialist to help drive P-Vita's growth by identifying, managing, and securing grant opportunities, while supporting strategic scaling opportunities with international organizations, development partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong grant writing and proposal development skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify high-potential funding and scaling opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, flexible, and confident in working across different partners, priorities, and deadlines.

You will play a key role in expanding P-Vita's access to grants, partnerships, and non-dilutive funding opportunities, especially with international organizations, UN agencies, and development-focused institutions.

• Identify and track relevant grant, funding, and partnership opportunities aligned with P-Vita's mission and growth strategy
• Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of high-quality grant applications, concept notes, and proposals
• Manage the grant pipeline from opportunity scouting to submission and follow-up
• Build and maintain relationships with grant-making bodies, development organizations, UN agencies, and ecosystem partners
• Support P-Vita in exploring scaling opportunities through international programs, partnerships, and innovation platforms
• Coordinate internally with technical, business, and leadership teams to gather inputs for compelling proposals and funding materials
• Ensure all submissions are well-structured, timely, and aligned with donor requirements
• Support reporting, documentation, and grant-related communication when needed
• Contribute to strategic positioning materials, presentations, and external communication with partners and funders

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in grants management, grant writing, or proposal development
• Previous experience working with or applying to UN organizations, international development agencies, donor-funded programs, or similar institutions
• Strong experience writing proposals, applications, concept notes, and funding documents
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• A high level of organization and attention to detail
• A flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with business terminology, strategic positioning, and professional external communication
• A creative mindset and the ability to turn ideas, technical work, and impact into compelling narratives
• Confidence in coordinating across teams and working in a fast-moving environment

• Background in business, international development, communications, public policy, sustainability, or a related field
• Experience in startups, innovation-driven companies, climate/agriculture sectors, or international cooperation is a strong plus
• Familiarity with funding ecosystems related to agriculture, climate, biotechnology, sustainability, and development
