Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Graphic Design Officer based in Cairo, Egypt. The role combines brand visual development with hands-on product and packaging design. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining brand visual assets, designing tea packaging, labels, retail materials, and digital content, and supporting marketing campaigns and product launches. The Graphic Design Officer will work closely with the marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure visual consistency, high design standards, and accurate preparation of files for printing and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in graphic design across both branding and product/packaging design
• Experience in creating visual identities, layouts, and production-ready artwork
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail, especially for print specifications and packaging formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Experience in lifestyle, retail, food & beverage, or consumer brands is an advantage
