JOB PURPOSE:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with creating visual concepts such as videos/static and layouts for a diverse range of mediums, including advertisements, brochures, digital platforms, brandings, marketing materials, web assets, social media assets, packaging, video editing, photo editing, exhibition mockup, and key visuals. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will meet project deadlines and incorporate feedback to ensure high-quality designs that effectively communicate the intended message across various channels. Photography and Videography experience is an advantage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums, including print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual solutions that resonate with the target audience.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency, reviewing and refining designs as needed to meet client or stakeholder feedback and project deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities for skill enhancement and contributing innovative ideas to elevate the overall design output of the team.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant retail industry
