The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who combines creative talent with production discipline. This is a fully remote, hands-on role producing a high volume of design work across presentations, documents, reports, social content, and program materials, often under tight deadlines. You'll work closely with our team to bring Bon Education and our clients brands to life across everything we produce.
This role suits someone who finds satisfaction in consistent, detail-driven production work, who can maintain quality and enthusiasm across repeat formats, and who genuinely thrives in a collaborative environment.
Location: Fully remote. Candidates must be based in a timezone between GMT+2 and GMT+6.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), Word documents, reports, program guides (Adobe Creative Suite), and marketing materials (Canva) to a high standard and at volume.
- Work within established brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborate closely with team members, incorporating feedback quickly and constructively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadline without compromising quality.
- Contribute creative ideas for visual direction while remaining aligned with team decisions.
- Prepare files for both digital and print use as needed.
What We're Looking For
Language: Excellent English and Arabic language skills are essential. You must be comfortable designing and typesetting in both languages.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in InDesign.
- Fluency in designing for PowerPoint and Microsoft Word (not just using them, but designing polished, on-brand templates and documents within them).
- Comfortable working in Canva for quick-turnaround projects.
Design Skills:
- A genuine creative spark. You bring ideas to the table, not just execution.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines faithfully while still bringing energy to the work.
Working Style:
- Highly detail-oriented. You catch the misaligned text box, the inconsistent spacing, the wrong shade of blue.
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume production work and able to maintain quality and focus over long periods.
- Excellent at working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative. You welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and see design as a team effort rather than a solo pursuit.
- A true team player: reliable, communicative, and ego-light.
Remote Work Requirements:
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated. You manage your own time effectively without needing oversight.
- Highly organised with strong task and file management habits.
- Reliable, strong internet connection suitable for video calls and large file transfers.
- Based in a timezone between GMT+2 and GMT+6.
