The Graphic Designer leads the creative development of all visual design materials from concept to execution across in-store marketing, promotional campaigns, and

brand communication channels. The role is responsible for delivering original and brand-aligned designs, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints, and maintaining a high standard of creative quality. This position combines creativity with operational execution coordinating directly with marketing, operations, and production vendors to manage full project cycles.

The Graphic Designer contributes to elevating brand experience, driving customer engagement, and ensuring designs reflect current

trends and the brand tone of voice.

Responsibilities

  • Create original visual designs for in-store marketing materials, brand campaigns, seasonal activations, and promotional communication.
  • Ensure visuals are on-trend, relevant to the brand, and engaging for core audience segments.
  • Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts and design directions.
  • Apply and maintain the brand visual identity across all channels.
  • Ensure consistency in logo use, typography, color, and layout principles.
  • Update templates in line with evolving brand guidelines.
  • Lead full execution of design projects from concept to final production.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, area managers, and production/print houses.
  • Participate in briefing sessions, provide creative solutions, and manage feedback rounds.
  • Ensure delivery timelines are respected across all stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain design files, archives, templates, and brand assets.
  • Implement structured naming systems and shared folder organization for efficiency.
  • Maintain reusable design resources to support team productivity.
  • Propose new design formats, creative concepts, and seasonal ideas to elevate brand presence.
  • Stay informed on visual trends, especially those relevant to Gen Z and coffee culture.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper installation and display of marketing materials.
  • Verify materials are printed and delivered correctly, with no on-ground issues.
  • Support in-store execution to ensure impactful brand visibility across branches.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for design requests.
  • Collaborate with print houses to align on production specs, materials, and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate file preparation for print/output quality.
  • Support cross-functional alignment between marketing, operations, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in graphic design (agency, brand, or freelance).
  • Proven track record of executing full project cycles from brief design production installation.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator- Photoshop- InDesign
  • Experience with digital mockup creation and visual simulation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of print production requirements, file preparation, and specs.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Detail-oriented with high ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Openness to feedback with a growth mindset.
