The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative and visually impactful brand materials across campaigns, in-store communication, digital platforms, and marketing activations.
The role focuses on creative thinking, visual storytelling, and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
This position is centered around concept development and creative execution, while collaborating closely with the Production & Asset Manager to ensure smooth rollout and execution of all finalized materials.
The Graphic Designer contributes to elevating brand perception and the overall visual experience of the brand through innovative and trend-aware design solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop original visual concepts for campaigns, seasonal launches, promotions, and marketing activations.
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual directions aligned with the brand strategy and tone of voice.
- Create engaging and visually impactful designs across print, digital, and in-store touchpoints.
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with the brand identity and customer experience objectives
- Apply and maintain the brand visual identity across all communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color systems, layout structure, and visual language.
- Support the evolution and enhancement of the brand visual system.
- Update templates and creative assets in line with brand development needs
- Stay informed on design trends, Gen Z culture, coffee culture aesthetics, and social media visual movements.
- Propose new creative ideas, visual directions, and campaign approaches to elevate brand presence.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative concepts to marketing initiatives.
- Explore new tools and creative workflows that improve design efficiency and output quality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and external creative partners when needed.
- Participate in briefing and feedback sessions to align on project objectives.
- Manage multiple creative tasks while respecting project timelines.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and composition. Awareness of current design and social media trends.
