Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute visual concepts for MTN's training programs, events, and digital campaigns, ensuring all designs align with the brand's identity and mission. Daily tasks include creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and printed materials, as well as designing logos, icons, and visual elements for marketing and educational content. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and training teams to translate complex emotional and self-development concepts into engaging, accessible visual solutions. The Senior Graphic Designer will also oversee design quality, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and provide guidance to junior designers or external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually compelling, concept-driven work across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities and brand systems.
• Advanced Typography skills, with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy, and readability in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• High-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in a senior or lead design role, ideally within education, training, wellness, or related sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, brand work, and multi-channel campaign design.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful visual communication.
• Interest in self-development, emotional healing, or personal transformation topics is a strong advantage.
