The role
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer, based in Dubai, who loves turning ideas into visual stories. You'll work remotely as part of UK and Dubai-based creative team, designing materials that are smart, impactful and beautifully crafted, across digital and print, brand campaigns, client presentations and social media.
You'll collaborate with designers, consultants and writers to create design solutions that feel distinctive and on-brand. Someone with a strong eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy who enjoys balancing creativity with attention to detail.

Key responsibilities
Design and deliver creative materials for digital and print, including campaigns, presentations, brochures, infographics and social media assets
Work closely with teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling designs
Develop and refine visual concepts that reflect client brand identities
Maintain high standards of layout, typography and visual storytelling across all work
Support the development of design templates and toolkits that keep output consistent
Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
Stay curious about new design trends, techniques and tools
What we are looking for
We love people who get stuck in, who roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You will have:
35 years of hands-on experience as a designer, ideally within an agency or creative studio
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience designing across digital and print, from concept to delivery
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
An eye for composition, typography and layout, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them creatively
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas
A proactive, collaborative and curious mindset
Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics tools is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience creating social media campaigns or microsite visuals
Understanding of UX/UI design principles
Comfort using AI or design automation tools to speed up creative workflows
Working Conditions
Remote position based in Dubai, aligned to Dubai working hours and public holidays
Daily collaboration with the UK-based team, joining meetings and creative sessions virtually
