About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and support marketing, digital, and corporate communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials.
- Design marketing assets including social media visuals, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publishing.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity development.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
