Graphic Designer

Accountabilities

• Interpret creative briefs and translate requirements into compelling visual concepts.
• Design high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, infographics, icons, and other visual assets that align with the company's brand identity.
• Prepare initial design concepts and present creative ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials.
• Create and adapt artwork for various digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update website visuals, web banners, and landing page graphics as required.
• Ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all communication channels.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while meeting project deadlines.
• Support other departments (e.g., Regulatory, HR, Administration, Commercial, and Sales) with graphic design requirements.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library and design files.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English & Arabic).

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (basic to intermediate video editing and motion graphics).
• Figma or Adobe XD (preferred).
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) is an advantage
