Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of creative assets across digital, social media, and in-store channels, helping to bring the brand to life through engaging visual communications. Working closely with the creative, visual merchandising and marketing teams, this role assists in the delivery of seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and day-to-day design requirements while ensuring all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and organised individual with strong design fundamentals and a collaborative mindset. In addition to creating design assets, the graphic designer supports content creation through basic photography and video production when required and stays up to date with design trends, social media content, AI tools, and emerging creative techniques to continuously develop their skills and contribute fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt creative assets across digital, social media, in-store POS, signage, and other channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Support the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media and campaigns, including basic photography, video production, editing, and motion graphics where required.
• Edit, retouch, and optimise product, lifestyle, and campaign imagery to maintain high visual quality and brand consistency.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for print and digital applications, ensuring compliance with production specifications and quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, and digital asset libraries to support efficient collaboration and future creative development.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience within retail, fashion, beauty, home, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Experience with additional creative, motion, or collaborative design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality creative work that aligns with brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in basic photography, video production, motion graphics, and social media content creation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar) to support ideation, content creation, and workflow efficiency is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and respond positively to feedback.
• Comfortable working in a macOS environment.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
